Shipping / Delivery Policy

At baatcheet.co, we provide online astrology consultation services. Since our offerings are service-based, there is no physical product shipment involved. However, we ensure smooth and timely delivery of all booked consultations as described below:

Mode of Delivery

• All consultations are conducted online via video call based on the option chosen at the time of booking.
• Access details (such as the video call link and appointment confirmation) will be shared on the registered email and/or phone number after successful payment.

Service Fulfillment Timeline

• Consultations are scheduled as per the date and time slot selected during booking.
• In case of rescheduling, users will be informed via email or WhatsApp with the updated appointment details.

No Physical Shipping

As our services are digital and consultation-based, no shipping of goods applies.

Delays or Non-Delivery

• If for any reason we are unable to deliver the consultation at the scheduled time (technical issues, astrologer unavailability, etc.), the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
• If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be initiated in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
