Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellations (Before Delivery / Service)

• Digital Reports: Cancellations are allowed only if requested within 2 hours of placing the order, and before the report has been processed or emailed.
• Consultation Bookings: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. After that, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
• Physical Products: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment or transaction error.
• Cancellation of order within the eligible cancellation window (see above).
• Non-delivery of a digital report within the promised timeframe (after confirmation from our team).
• Damaged or defective physical product delivered (with valid proof submitted within 48 hours of delivery).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Once a digital product (e.g., report PDF) has been delivered via email, it cannot be refunded.
• Completed consultations (live/telephonic/video) are non-refundable.
• Personalized services (e.g., customized horoscope) once prepared and delivered are non-refundable.
• Delay caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong birth details, address, or contact info).

4. Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.).
• In case of payment gateway or banking delays, Baatcheet is not liable for additional time taken by third-party providers.
